You can now apply for BIG DIVE 2020, the brand new edition of the intensive training program in the field of Data Science, Data Visualization and Data Engineering organized by TOP-IX in collaboration with  Axant, Fondazione ISI and TODO.

In 2020 BIG DIVE has changed its classic format: the 4 consecutive weeks become 4 stand-alone modules dedicated to the foundations of Data Science with Python, Machine and Deep Learning, Data Visualization and finally Data Engineering. Each module will be available individually or as part of a complete and unique training program aimed at providing the technical skills and methodological approaches to generate the maximum impact in data-driven projects.

The new structure was designed starting from the numerous feedback received over the years and aims to meet the needs by business customers (such as companies and organizations that intend to train their employees) and at the same time to open up to the heterogeneous audience with different backgrounds and entry levels.

The training program is structured as follows:

Module 1 – From Zero to Data Science with Python // 18-22 May

Module 2 – Machine and Deep Learning intensive // 15-19 June

Module 3 – Communicating and Visualizing Data // 6-10 July

Module 4 – Deep Dive into Data Engineering // September 2020 t.b.c.

Among the many changes, the strengths of BIG DIVE remain unchanged: the value of teachers and guest lecturers with proven experience in the field, the hands-on approach and the highly collaborative and practical training mood.

Registration will close one week before the beginning of each module and the Early Bird Price will expire on April 10th. There are also discounts for students and promotional packages for people who simultaneously purchase more than one module.

Finally, we are planning a final Hackathon-style event where the students of the 2020 edition, past Alumni and Data Scientists will be able to prove themselves with the challenges and the data provided by the selected Data Sponsors (companies, startups, non-profit organizations).
