TOP-IX Consortium took part as exhibitor in Smau Torino 2015 (with a desk in the Regione Piemonte stand) and participated as speaker in some of the meetings and workshop during the event.
Thursday April 30th, Leonardo Camiciotti, Devt. Program Manager at TOP-IX Consortium, presented the new social accelerator Rinascimenti Sociali, during the meeting “Come fare dell’Innovazione Sociale un motore di sviluppo per nuove imprese e nuovi servizi”.
The same day, Massimo Zaglio and Alex Comunian, in the Arena Regione Piemonte, introduced the new edition of Hackademy, a course aimed at training junior developers.
Moreover, TOP-IX has been the protagonist during the ceremony for Smart Communities prizes: the Consortium was awarded for the project Eden – Energy Data ENgagement – developed by IREN, as well as for the project by Politecnico di Torino – iXem Labs, that implemented in Verrua Savoia a low cost wireless network. Both projects were made with the technical support by TOP-IX.
