Training

In a world of continuous and rapid change, the skills upgrades are becoming necessary to address the current transformations. In this context, training models must also adapt and innovate, to respond promptly to the needs of the world of work.

On the one hand, large companies struggle daily with the low efficiency (e.g. in terms of time required) of the classic scouting and personnel selection models. On the other hand, startups need figures to be quickly included in the production processes.

Whether we are talking about data, networks or software, a training offer able to train skills “in the field” becomes increasingly necessary. In this area, TOP-IX has developed decades of experience, trying to anticipate the demands of the world of work and offering training courses with a strong “hands-on” component.
