TOP-IX welcomes with pleasure two new associates: the International Carrier BICS and the small association ValWeb, based in Cuneo.
BICS, formerly known as Belgacom ICS or Belgacom International Carrier Services, is an international carrier and also acts as a reseller, allowing remote access to TOP-IX. Founded in 1997, the company is headquartered in Brussels, with sales offices and service operations centers around the world, including Dubai, Singapore, Berne, San Francisco and New York.
The other new arrival is of a completely different dimension, engaged in combating the phenomenon of the Digital Divide. The ValWeb Association was established at the end of 2018, with the aim of bringing the Internet in Broadband and Low Cost also in the Cuneo municipality of Robilante.
