When reporting outage, please include any information that can help us to make a preliminary analysis of the problem remotely, i.e.:

  • consortium member impacted by the outage;
  • technical contact person at the consortium member in charge of managing the fault and contact details;
  • detailed description of the outage;
  • impact of the service disruption on other consortium members (if known).

The service is available 24 – 7 – 365.
