Friday July 21st, with the presentation of the Final Projects, ended the fourth edition of BIG DIVE.
Four team had work on dataset provided by Data Sponsors: Fondazione Giovanni Agnelli (Eduscopio project), IFC – World Bank Group e TESI SpA.

Big Dive 6: the numbers
The course lasted 25 days: 160 hours of lessons for 20 “divers“ coming from 6 ifferent nations: Italy, Germany, Poland, Greece, India and Russia. This year has grown the number of female data scientist wannabe: 6 out of 20.
In addition to the 9 resident teachers, 10 guest speakers were present; and as usual, the “hands on” approach has been one of the added value of the course, especially thanks to the work on the datasets provided by Data Sponsors.
